Steel Frames UL Listed For Doors & Windows :
Different metal frame profiles that could be used in the construction of external and internal partitions and glass facades.
Three sided steel frames are made of cold rolled steel sheets (ASTMA 366), or from galvanized steel to (ASTMA526 G90), thickness of steel ranges between 1.4mm- 2mm, the gap between the frame and wall could be filled with concrete or polyurethane.
Specification:
Frames shall be furnished knockdown or welded,ground smooth upon request.
Mitered corners shall have a strong, secure,four tab interlocking system to maintain neat mitered joints and corners. Standard frame to have 1/2" returns; Standard stop heights to be 5/8” high. Soffit dimensions can vary. Frames can be single or double rabbeted. Frames will be supplied with welded on sill anchors.

Metal fire doors are an economical alternative to wood fire doors, when more than a 20-minute rating is required. Steel is the sole door material to deliver a 3-hour fire rating.
The door is an authorized WHI fire-labeled shop, enabling us to modify, re-certify and label fire-rated doors and frames. Our facility undergoes routine inspections to verify that modifications are done in compliance with the requirements of the Intertek specification listings.
